1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or due to verification requirements.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reputable carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations unless explicitly stated.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are permitted in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.

4. Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect customer privacy.

Shipping labels do not disclose product contents beyond what is required for carrier compliance.


5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders are considered delivered once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Ever Better Supply is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or events beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and supporting photos if applicable

We will review the issue and respond as quickly as possible.


8. Returns & Shipping

Due to the nature of laboratory research products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns once an order has shipped
  • Refunds or reshipments, if approved, are issued at our sole discretion
